Novam Learning ("we") provides private tutoring in Westchester and New York City. This page explains what information we collect through novamlearning.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone number, subject, preferred format, availability, and anything you write in a message or the chat.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited and whether a booking or question was completed, collected through cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads so we can tell which ads work.

How we use it

• To schedule and deliver sessions, confirm bookings, and contact you about them.
• To answer questions you send us.
• To measure and improve our advertising. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and advertising measurement, and Google Classroom/Meet for sessions), Vercel (website hosting), and our email, phone, and chat support tools. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Students under 18

Bookings for students under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian. We collect only what we need to tutor the student, and a parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information at any time.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. The site still works without them.

Your choices

Email novambuilds@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We keep booking and payment records only as long as needed for the tutoring relationship and for tax and accounting purposes.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
